What Presseller Home does
Presseller Home is a privately operated household dashboard used by authorized members of a household to view calendars and manage everyday planning. Its Google Calendar integration is optional.
Google data accessed
When an authorized user connects a Google account, Presseller Home requests read-only access to the account's subscribed calendar list and calendar events. Depending on the content of those calendars, data may include calendar names and IDs, event titles, dates, times, descriptions, locations, recurrence information, and other event metadata returned by the Google Calendar API. The integration does not request permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
How Google data is used
Google Calendar information is retrieved to display calendar and agenda views and calendar-dependent household scheduling features for authorized users of the household workspace. Calendar source choices and visibility settings can be retained so views remain consistent across visits. Google Calendar event content is handled for the dashboard display and is not used for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
Credentials and security
Google authorization uses a server-managed OAuth connection. Google access and refresh tokens are stored as encrypted credentials on the application server, using encryption key material kept separately from the PostgreSQL database. Google tokens are not intentionally returned to the browser or stored in browser local storage. Access to calendar data is controlled by authenticated application sessions and household workspace permissions. Google credentials can be refreshed by the server to maintain the connection.
Storage and retention
Encrypted Google credentials and connection status are stored to maintain authorized access. Calendar display preferences are stored for continuity. Google event content is requested for use in the application and handled in memory rather than intentionally stored as a permanent calendar-event database by this integration. Connection metadata and security/audit records may be retained separately. Encrypted backups may retain historical records according to the application's backup and recovery practices. Operational logs are designed not to contain Google credentials or authorization codes.
Sharing and access
Connected calendar data is displayed to authorized members of the same household workspace. The application sends requests to Google's Calendar and OAuth services to provide the authorized functionality. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process necessary technical data to operate the service. Google Calendar content is not sold or shared with advertising networks.
Disconnecting and revoking access
An authorized connection owner can disconnect their Google Calendar connection within Presseller Home, removing its stored encrypted credentials from the active connection. They can also revoke application access through their Google Account settings. Disconnecting does not necessarily erase historical audit records or encrypted backup copies immediately. Revocation or expiration may require reconnecting the account before calendars can load again.
Google API Services policy
Presseller Home's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Presseller Home adds features or changes how it processes Google account information. Material changes should be reflected here before additional permissions are requested.
